Pre-heat oven to 180C.
Melt the honey and butter together in a pan or bowl in the microwave (be careful to keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn).
Put the melted honey and butter in a bowl with all the other ingredients, stir well to combine until the almonds are well coated.
Tip out onto a lined baking tray and put into the oven for 15-20 mins, they should have a lovely golden brown colour.
