raspberry almond chia pudding

Creamy chia pudding made with fresh raspberries, topped with crunchy almonds and chewy raisins... this vegan dessert is right up our street!

ingredients

  • 40 g graze chia seeds
  • 260 g greek style soya yogurt
  • 40 g mashed fresh raspberries
  • 100 ml unsweetened unsweetened almond milk
  • 20 g roughly chopped graze Californian almonds
  • 1 punnet graze hot cross yum

instructions

Mix the chia seeds, yogurt, raspberries and almond milk together until evenly combined.

Separate into bowls and chill in the fridge for 20 - 30 minutes (or overnight).

To serve, give them a stir and top with roughly chopped almonds and a graze hot cross yum (emphasis on the yum).
