You can pop these protein balls in your lunch box for an on-the-go boost, an afternoon pick-me-up or a snack before or after your gym session. Or alternatively blend with frozen banana and your choice of milk for a protein packed smoothie!

  • 140 g oatbran
  • 100 g honey
  • 100 g desiccated coconut
  • 110 g peanut butter
  • 1 punnet Vitamin E Defence
  • 1 handful chopped graze pistachio kernels

Pour your nut butter into a box mixing bowl with the oatbran, honey and desiccated coconut. Whiz up your graze protein punnet in a blender and add to the bowl. Mix together with a wooden spoon until thoroughly combined into a dough.

Take small handfuls of the doughy mixture and roll into balls.

Chop the pistachios if you haven’t already and either sprinkle over your protein balls or place in a tray so you can roll the ball in the chopped nuts.

Refrigerate for freshness - these protein balls keep for about a week.
