Guest blogger Mairi shares her peanut butter chocolate balls made with smooth peanut butter and whole oats for a little health kick and sour cherries for a little sweet/sour surprise. And of course topped with coconut chocolate and dried rose petals.skip to the recipe
I left my oats whole but if you don't want that extra crunch then just process them into a flour first.
Gently melt the cacao butter.
Mix the peanut butter, syrup and oats together in a bowl. Add the cacao powder, cacao butter and coconut sugar and mix until well combined.
Finally mix in the cherries.
If the mixture is quite slack then refrigerate before forming into balls.
Drizzle with melted chocolate and decorate with edible petals or more dried cherries.
Store in a sealed container in the fridge.
