oaty peachy chia parfait

Another perfect parfait from guest blogger Weichen! Layered chia pudding, soaked oats and peach compote makes for a truly delicious breakfast, especially when topped with fresh fruit and nuts.

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp whole oats
  • 1 tbsp peach compote
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • greek yoghurt
  • fresh blueberries
  • roasted hazelnuts
  • 1 sliced banana
  • pomegranate
  • 1 punnet graze vanilla & almond protein topper


Soak the chia seeds and oats in some peach compote and almond milk in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, stir them together and top with Greek yogurt, hazelnuts, blueberries, banana, vanilla almond granola topper and pomegranate seeds.

Serve in a bowl or eat straight from the jar!
