Late night banana split snacking made even more yummy with strawberry & cream protein topper and strawberry & rhubarb yogurt - the best way to end the weekend!!
Slice the banana down the middle and lay the pieces side by side. If you want a warm banana split then pop the pieces into the microwave for 20-30 seconds. Otherwise get ready to decorate!
Drizzle with greek yoghurt, or alternatively a nut butter like peanut or almond. Then sprinkle with protein granola, crushed nuts or dried fruit. Tada!
