recipe 7th September 2015 by Jess
Pineapple, ginger, lemon and mint, whizzed up into a juice - perfect for a Summer soirée or after a long walk or cycle. Pop in a few ice cubes and it’s so refreshing. It’s packed full of vitamins and minerals, especially vitamin C and manganese to give you tons of energy and glow from the inside out.
skip to the recipeCut the pineapple into 1.5 centimeter rings, removing the pineapple top and skin. Slice up the rings juicer-friendly pieces and set aside.
If using waxed lemons, remove the rind (keeping the pith) and cut into juicer-sized pieces. If using unwaxed lemons, keep the rind on and simply cut the lemon into quarters.
Add the ginger, mint, pineapple and lemon to the juicer and pour into a large glass with ice and a straw.
Enjoy straight away!
