This yoghurt parfait, packed with protein and full of vitamins and minerals, will help increase your body’s troops (a.k.a your white blood cells) to tackle infection and stress!

  • greek yoghurt
  • chopped strawberries
  • handful blanched almonds
  • graze dried mini strawberries
  • natural vanilla seeds
  • mint leaves
  • 1 punnet graze protein topper


Layer the bottom of the jar with chopped fresh stawberries and natural greek yoghurt mixed with fresh mint leaves. Then add a layer of almonds and dried mini strawberries.

Add another layer of greek yoghurt and pour in the punnet of stawberries & cream protein topper, and top with more fresh strawberry.

Store in the fridge overnight or eat straight away with a spoon!
