We've been admiring Weichen’s beautiful parfaits on Instagram (especially her delicious recipes featuring graze snacks!) so we’ve asked her to share a few of her favourite parfait sundae recipes and her top three tips for creating a perfect parfait!

3 tips for making the perfect parfait:

  1. Use a pretty jar with a larger opening. This makes layering much easier.
  2. Use high quality yogurt. I prefer full-fat.
  3. Get creative with the layers. There are so many options from your Graze boxes, from granola toppers to flapjacks to dried fruit and nut.

Now that you have all of the tips of a parfait expert it’s time to create your own parfait sundaes! I've created three graze original parfaits for you to try...

Weichen, guest blogger


  • 2 scoops of your favourite ice cream
  • 1 tbsp graze raw coconut flakes
  • 2 punnet graze lemon drizzle flapjack
  • 16 tbsp greek yoghurt
  • 2 sliced figs
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate
  • 13 sliced banana
  • 1 punnet graze vanilla & almond protein topper
  • 10 mango slices
  • 1 scoop of coconut ice cream
  • 1 punnet mango & coconut protein topper


Flapjack ice cream sundae parfait: In a parfait glass, add 1-2 scoops of your favorite ice cream, and 1 of your favorite graze flapjacks crumbled up. Top with coconut flakes and 1-2 more flapjacks.

Banana yoghurt parfait: Layer a jar with 4 tbsp Greek yogurt, sliced figs, ½ container graze vanilla almond protein topper, 4 more tbsp of yogurt, pomegranate seeds, bananas and a graze banana protein flapjack.

Mango & coconut sundae parfait: Layer a glass jar with 4 tbsp Greek yogurt, 4-6 mango slices and 4 more tbsp of yogurt. Top with half a container of graze mango coconut granola topper, 3-4 mangoes and 1 scoop of coconut ice cream. Drizzle with the graze mango passionfruit coulis that comes with the granola topper.
