Make this delicious drink vegan by swapping out dairy milk for almond or coconut milk. You can also adjust the maple syrup and vanilla quantities if you prefer your drinks to be less sweet.
Add espresso shots to a jug with your pumpkin, spices, vanilla extract and maple syrup and whip together with a whisk or hand blender.
Heat milk in a pan or steam in your coffee maker (if you have one).
Combine and pour into a coffee cup, top with whipped cream and dust with cinnamon.
