It’s super easy to just make your own energy bars at home! Just follow this simple recipe from guest blogger Karen to make these deliciously chewy energy bars with all natural ingredients.

  • 100 g whole brazil nuts
  • 50 g pure sunflower seeds
  • 40 g chia seeds
  • 100 g raisins
  • 60 g soft dried pear
  • 50 g dried cranberries
  • 20 g cacao nibs
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter


Add all your ingredients to a blender, and blend until it reaches a dough-like consistency.

Line a tray with greaseproof paper and spread the dough evenly with a spatula.

Leave in the fridge until firm and then cut into bars. Wrap with paper or clingfilm for an on the go energy boost!
