I’ve been enjoying these as a light, refreshing breakfast, but they’re just as satisfying for a midday snack or healthy after dinner treat.
I followed the recipe below and was blown away by how delicious and easy these were to make. They taste just like the acai bowls I look forward to each weekend, so it’s nice to know that I can whip one up in a matter of minutes without leaving the comfort of my own home. And because the acai powder is packed with flavour, a little goes a long way, making this homemade version much more cost-effective.
We're always switching up our product range at graze, and this means discontinuing some so we can introduce others. Our acai powder is no longer available, but this recipe still works very well without it, so enjoy!
Place the frozen fruits, acai powder, and almond milk in a blender. Blend until creamy and smooth, adding extra almond milk as needed to achieve a frozen yogurt consistency.
Spoon the acai mixture into bowls or jars and top with sliced fruit, bee pollen, unsweetened coconut flakes, baobab and raspberry clusters and a drizzle of honey (if desired).
