Healthy doesn’t have to be boring! Our taste expert Holly shows us how she glams up any brunch with her favourite toast toppers.

  • 4 sliced wholegrain bread
  • roughly mashed avocado
  • 12 lemon
  • chilli flakes
  • ripped proscuitto
  • crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 sliced banana
  • cream cheese
  • blackcurrant preserves
  • grated stilton
  • grated mature cheddar
  • grated gruyere
  • caramelised onion


Toast your sliced bread to the level you prefer.

Avo toast: Top with roughly mashed avocado, ripped proscuitto, lemon juice and chilli flakes to taste.

PB & B: Spread generously with crunchy peanut butter and a layer of sliced banana.

Philly: Spread with cream cheese and top with blackcurrant preserves.

Three cheese: Spread with caramelised onion and layer the three grated cheeses on top before grilling.
