If you really love St. Patrick’s Day (like we do!) you are probably already scouring the internet for suitably green recipes. We don’t like using artificial colours here at graze so we decided to create a natural way to create a healthy St. Patrick’s Day dessert!skip to the recipe
Preheat the oven to 170C. Sift the flour, matcha powder and baking soda into a large bowl. Set aside.
In a medium bowl microwave the butter until it is melted and mix in the honey, maple syrup and Stevia. Add the eggs and salt into the mixture.
Pour contents of the medium bowl into the large bowl of flour and matcha. Use a spatula to mix all of the ingredients together.
Once the dough is fully mixed fold in the white chocolate chunks and sunflower seeds.
Place tablespoon-sized scoops of cookie dough onto parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 5-9 minutes, be sure to check often so your cookies don’t over bake!
