Combine the nuts in a food processor and add 1 tbsp. of date nectar and a pinch of salt.
Add the dried pineapple in slowly and add another tbsp agave.
Once combined, roll into a ball and cover in the desiccated coconut.
Chill in the fridge for at least an hour before eating.
