Break up the chocolate into small pieces and place in a plastic measuring jug. Microwave on high for 1 minute before taking out and stirring. Then microwave for 10 seconds, stir and repeat until fully melted.
Cover a board or baking tray with cling film or grease proof paper (either work well). Use a dessert spoon to pour out a medallion shape of chocolate. Make sure you leave a lot of space between them or they’ll run into each other.
Choose your favourite graze snacks (probably go with the sweet ones, depends how adventurous you’re feeling!) and sprinkle over the top of each chocolate medallion. Feel free to mix it up and combine flavours.
Place the tray in the fridge or freezer - either will work. In fact it’ll work much faster than you think! (the exact time depends on how thick you’ve poured your chocolate).
If you’re giving these to your mum on Sunday, try placing them in a paper lined tin or box and store in the fridge - the last thing you want is them melting into each other! Separate the layers with grease proof paper if you want to be extra cautious.
