I know this ingredient combo sounds bizzare, but it does work (trust me). The chickpeas add bulk to the brownies just like flour would do (and being intolerant to wheat I need something to replace it) and they even help towards your 5-a-day – winning!
Preheat the oven to 180C and line a baking tray (8×8)
Combine all ingredients into a food processor (except the graze jaffa cake).
Fold the graze jaffa cake into the batter.
Pour the brownie mix into the baking tray and bake for 15 to 20 min.
Cool on a rack and serve!
