This is my staple breakfast! I have a bowl after my morning workouts to pack in healthy carbs and protein for muscle recovery, and I can put loads of fruit, nuts and seeds as toppings.
Place all ingredients into a saucepan.
Bring to the boil, stirring constantly until it reaches the desired thickness.
