A delicious juice for those new to juicing with naturally amazing health benefits from your head to your toes. Enjoy every sip.

This recipe has a great balance of health with the natural high nutrition and water content in celery and cucumber, which makes the juice a very hydrating choice, coupled with the natural sweetness of apples and carrots. The green cucumber peel is excellent for you, but peel it if it’s not organic as pesticides and nasties accumulate here so you’ll want to minise this toxin exposure.

ingredients

  • 4 celery sticks
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 apples
  • 12 cucumber

instructions

Wash all your ingredients and peel where instructed.

Juice them one by one in the order they are listed and serve chilled or enjoy over ice.
