Cook your mixed grains and pour them into the bowl as a base for your buddha bowl creation.
Place your prepared vegetables in segments on top of the grains.
Combine light soy sauce, lime juice, chopped chilli and fresh ginger - this is your sauce.
Sprinkle the fresh herbs and cashews over the whole bowl, and drizzle with the sauce.
