TGIF and I'm basically dragging myself to the finish line, you guys... Still, this Blueberry & Ginger Beetroot shake for breakfast started me off right and I have no one else to blame for my blahs today but myself!
Blend the blueberries, juice and yoghurt until smooth.
Top with hemp seeds, chia seeds and a graze protein topper.
