Our beetroot crisps are unlike any savoury snack we’ve ever created. We love them because of their punchy colour and delicious natural sweetness! Our taste expert Grace got creative in the kitchen and came up with this delicious goat’s cheese almond mixture to spread over them. Yum!skip to the recipe
Zest and juice the half lemon and add it to the goats cheese.
Finely blitz the almonds and the thyme leaves and add about 2/3 to the goats cheese and lemon.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.
Put a little onion marmalade on each beetroot crisp and place a small teaspoon of the goats cheese mixture on top.
Use the reserved 1/3 of the smoked almond and thyme mix to sprinkle on top of the goats cheese.
