I've never been a big fan of porridge for breakfast but it's growing on me now. This was absolutely delicious and nutritious!

apple pie porridge

ingredients

  • 34 cup oats
  • 2 cup cashew milk
  • 1 handful graze soft dried apple
  • 3 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 pinch salt
  • graze carrot crisps
  • honey

instructions

Add dried apple, spices, salt and cashew milk to a pan and bring to a gentle boil.

Add oats and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes, or until desired thickness is reached.

Serve with a drizzle of honey, fresh fruits, and a sprinkle of carrot crisps.
