Hot on the heals of Bobby’s acai berry cheesecake is this incredible acai berry marinade. With ingredients like orange juice, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper and of course acai powder, you’ll be in for a tropical beef skewer that will come out top in any BBQ.skip to the recipe

Chop the onglet steak into 2cm cubes and remove any large portions of fat.
Place the steak into a mixing bowl and add the olive oil, orange juice, garlic, acai powder, paprika, cayenne and cumin. Place in fridge and marinate for 2-3 hours.
Meanwhile soak skewers in water for one hour.
Allow the steak to return to room temperature and preheat a pan or prepare your bbq.
Chop red onion and peppers in squares and alternate with the beef on the skewers.
Cook the skewers for roughly 2 minutes on each side or until cooked to your preference.
Serve with a harissa yoghurt (1 teaspoon harissa with 3 tablespoons yoghurt) with toasted pittas and lettuce.
