We know you grazers love to pimp your meals with our snacks, but 16-year-old Ashleigh, the blogger behind the #balancednotclean Instagram movement, takes it to a whole new delicious level.
This is a microwave protein brownie. An Instagrammer called @the_beltsander made a low carb, low calorie protein brownie called the #beltsanderbrownie, I customised it to make it more like a cake and added avocado to make it 1 of my 5 a day.

Number 2 is protein porridge (or proats) with ice cream and the new ‘Chocolate Teacake’ punnet. I really like the mini marshmallows, and the mini cookies graze have are probably my all time favourite component of a lot of graze snacks.
To make my protein waffles all you have to do is follow the same recipe as my Balanced Beltsander, and cook it in a waffle iron.
Waffles (whether they are protein-ified or not) + graze snacks = phwoar!
I decided to mix a sachet of Dark Rocky Road granola from my graze breakfast box, with a handful of Spiced Apple & Ginger granola topper from my Sharing Box! I gave the milk some oomph with whey protein powder. 10/10 would eat again!
And for a savoury option, I made protein pancakes layered with cream cheese, with grated Red Leicester cheese, a punnet of graze Brooklyn Bites (with cheesey cashews) on the side and a fried egg on top.
