These fruity new snacks are inspired by that fresh nutrient hit you get from a tasty morning smoothie. Using superfoods flax, chia and spirulina we've created chewy superfood squares, making these snacks completely unique!
This dream team of blanched almonds, yoghurt coated seeds, banana flax bites and fruity mini strawberries is the perfect boost for busy days, complete with energy releasing copper and vitamin E to protect your cells from stress.
Inspired by the classic smoothie flavour, strawberry & banana, this sweet snack is sure to be your new favourite morning pick-me-up.
The mini strawberries and raw bites make this healthy snack super fruity, perfectly balanced with creamy yoghurt coated sunflower seeds and crunchy blanched almonds.
Our new mini raw bites are a blend of dates, almonds, sunflower seeds, apple fibre, banana puree, and flaxseed. They’ve been paired with our mini dried strawberries, made of real fruit juice with no refined sugars, for a super fruity and nourishing sweet snack.
Our taste experts added yoghurt coated sunflower seeds and crunchy blanched almonds to make this healthy snack a source of vitamin E, which protects cells from oxidative stress, as well as energy-releasing manganese and copper to help support the immune system.
Flaxseeds, also called linseeds, are full of golden nutritional properties.
They contain vitamin B3, B6, folate, calcium, potassium and zinc, and they’re abundant in vitamin B1, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, manganese and selenium - nutrients that our body requires everday to think, look and most importantly feel at our very best.
Just three tablespoons (30 grams) of flaxseeds provides you with 10% of your RDA for manganese, vitamin B1 and magnesium - three nutrients that you need in order to convert your food into useful energy for the body. Vitamin B1 and magnesium you also need for brain health, which makes them especially important during the winter months when low mood can be prevelant.
If you suffer from tiredness, low energy or unexplained fatigue, then make sure these nutrients are in your diet - enjoy blended flaxseeds in your smoothies, breakfast, salads or snacks. They’re a fantastic nutrient boost!

These tiny black seeds may look pretty insignificant, but they can play a significant contribution towards your health, so I consider them ‘super’.
Originating from Southern Mexico, chia is a flowering plant in the mint family, grown for it’s extremely nutritious seeds. They contain zinc which is a mineral needed to extract the energy out of our carbohydrates, fats and protein. We also need it for fertility and for healthy hair, skin and nails.
As well as zinc, you can find calcium, phosphorus and manganese in plentiful amounts in these seeds. These three minerals are needed for thousands of different biochemical processes in the body. They all contribute towards the health of our teeth and bones. Manganese helps to protect our cells from oxidative stress which is one of the main factors behind accelerated ageing. Calcium is required for healthy neurotransmission which enables our brain to communicate successfully with the rest of our body.
Just 30g (approximately two tablespoons) gets you nearly 30% of your recommended daily amount for manganese and phosphorus!
Put a spring in your step with this tropical combo of goldenberries, coconut, almond, and our brand new pineapple spirulina bites - a mouthwatering source of energy releasing copper and vitamin E to help protect your cells from stress.
Goldenberries are a recent obsession in the graze kitchen. Otherwise known as physalis or Chinese gooseberries, these little capsules of tangy juice add a delicious burst of flavour to any mixture.
Pineapple and coconut is such a popular flavour combination, we couldn’t wait to try it in a new snack. Paired with our innovative raw bites with spirulina and our zesty dried goldenberries, this snack is a real tropical explosion!

This green seaweed is plant goodness at its finest. It contains vitamin B1, B2, iron, copper and manganese.
Not many people understant the health benefits of copper: our nervous system needs it to perform, our skin and hair need it, our immune system needs it, and so does our blood in order to transport oxygen around our body.
Manganese is another essential mineral, and without it we wouldn’t have the bone health, energy, or the cellular protection that this mineral gives us to protect it from day-to-day stress.
Just one tablespoon (7g) gives us 20% of our recommended daily amount of copper, and over 10% of the daily amount for vitamins B1, B2 and iron.
