Grace was the second arrival to the team of taste experts, and got stuck in straight away. She’s a seriously talented foodie and the kitchen wouldn’t be the same without her.
I’m in charge of all our new snacks and creations. I look after the range over in the States as well as helping to launch new snacks into shops. I also get to taste unique ingredients, try out new recipes… no two days are the same! I love being able to see things go from ideas to reality.
Outside of the graze kitchen I love cycling and reading. I also do this thing where I challenge myself with hot sauce, getting more and more extreme every time I buy it. I collect them from around the world to try all the different varieties. I’d like to travel more, maybe do a food tour of South America? I really want to see Machu Pichu!
My favourite snack changes so often… at the moment it’s super kale and edamame because it’s such an intense savoury flavour but also a source of protein, such a tasty filling afternoon hit. The creation I’m most proud of is definitely our Sharing Bags, our grazers have been asking for bigger portions for so long and we worked really hard to make it a reality.
