Frozen Raspberry Margarita

  • 1 shot tequila
  • ½ shot triple sec
  • 1 freshly squeezed lime
  • 1 handful raspberries
  • 1 cup ice
  • Sprinkle of salt

Roll the rim of the glass in the salt. Tip the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the contents into your margarita glass. Enjoy with a side of spicy sriracha peas!

1 part to 3 parts Sipsmith gin (however strong you like it), 3 parts Fever-tree tonic, in a glass filled with ice cubes and plenty of freshly squeezed lime juice, garnished with mint leaves. Great with some black pepper popcorn.
