One generous serving fills up a very large bowl and there’s no deprivation with this meal - only nourishing, whole, raw ingredients.

I know smoothie bowls may seem like an odd thing to try at first, especially if you’re not used to eating your smoothies with a spoon, but I promise you’ll love them!

  1. Add ingredients from to your blender except the toppings and mix until thick and creamy.
  2. You can adjust the amount of liquid and thickening ingredients to make it thicker or thinner, depending on how you enjoy it. The desired consistency is like soft serve ice cream.
  3. Garnish with chunky toppings and add the cherry on top!
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy.
