Where can my boxes be delivered?
Currently, graze boxes can only be shipped to US addresses, including P.O. Boxes, within the lower 48 states.
For the time being, graze does not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, APOs, FPOs, or US Territory addresses.
We’ve only just launched in the US and are working very hard to expand the areas we can deliver to. Keep an eye on our website for changes in the future!
How much does delivery cost?
The good news is that delivery is always FREE.
Do I need to sign up for regular deliveries?
Yes, you will be signed up to receive regular deliveries when you sign up. You can change their frequency after you sign up on your deliveries page. We currently offer the option to receive a box either once a week or once every two weeks.
When can I expect my first box?
It takes us a bit of time to prepare and pick your graze box since every box is personalized for you—as soon as it’s ready, we mail it out. You can expect your first one to arrive around 10 days after you join graze.
How often will my boxes come?
When you join graze, you’ll sign up to receive a box either every week or every two weeks depending on where you are based in the US. Boxes can be delivered every day of the year the USPS delivers mail
Do I need to be in and sign for my box?
No, graze boxes are sent by USPS so they do not require a signature.
Will my boxes fit into my mailbox?
Yes. We've designed our boxes so that they will fit in most standard mailboxes.
What do I do if my box hasn't arrived?
We always pack and ship your boxes in plenty of time to get to you every time. Because we send all your boxes via USPS however, occasionally they may be held up. If it’s well over due, you can let us know here.
How do I postpone my boxes if I'm away?
This can be done on your deliveries page under ‘your regular boxes’. You can postpone your regular boxes one week at a time by clicking on ‘when next?’ and selecting the week you’d like to receive your next box.
If we’ve already started preparing your next box, it won’t be possible for you to push the delivery date back. Amendments to orders can only be made before your cut-off time.
Payment & cancellation questions
How much does each box cost?
Each nibblebox, containing 4 tasty snack packs, costs just $6, including delivery.
When do I pay?
You pay per box and we take payment up to a week in advance of you receiving your box as we need time to prepare it and send it to you.
Which payment cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards.
How do I cancel?
Just go to your deliveries page. Under ‘your regular box’, select ‘more options’ then ‘cancel this order’. Make sure you click through any subsequent options until you see confirmation of your cancellation on the screen.
If you have only one regular order set up (for example, one box that arrives every week or one box that arrives every two weeks) then this will fully cancel that regular order and no more boxes will be sent.
If you have more than one regular order set up (for example two boxes a week, or one box that gets delivered to you and one that goes to a friend) you’ll need to repeat this process for each order.
The cut-off time for making changes to your orders can be found next to ‘cut-off time’ in the middle of your deliveries page.
As long as you cancel before your cut-off time, no more boxes will be sent. If your next box is already being prepared when you cancel your regular order, then this final box will still be sent.
What’s the latest that I can make changes to or cancel my box?
You can cancel or make changes to your box at any time online. However, because we start preparing your boxes in advance you need to give us a bit of notice. Your cut-off time for making any changes will be the same each time, please click here to find out your cut-off time.
How do I choose what goes into my box?
The food in your box is selected based on your own preferences. For each of our foods, you tell us whether you like, love, or would like to try them. We put together your box based on these ratings ensuring you always receive the food you like.
What if I don't like some ingredients?
It's really easy to ‘trash’ everything containing a certain ingredient, (e.g. coconut). Just visit our search page, type the name of the food you want to 'trash' in the search box and voila... all the mixes containing this ingredient will appear. You can then 'trash' away.
Can I change my ratings?
Yes, you can change your ratings at any time. In fact we would love you to rate the snacks in every box you receive, so that we can make sure we always send you your favorites.
Which types of boxes do you offer?
We offer two types of boxes, a nibblebox and a caloriecounterbox. Both of our boxes are deliciously balanced with a great mix of sweet and savory, wholesome and tasty food.

Is my box recyclable?
Yes, please recycle it!
What has happened to the lightbox?
We have changed the name of this box to the caloriecounterbox so that it’s really clear exactly what this box is all about. It is still all of the lowest calorie snacks from our range with under 150kcal in every pack.
Will my graze box fit in my mailbox?
We’ve designed our graze boxes to fit inside most standard-sized mailboxes, but we know this can vary.
What is a one time box?
A one time box is an extra box that can be ordered in addition to your regularly scheduled deliveries, you can order a one time box here on your deliveries page.
Do I need to have an account to send a one time box?
Yes, you’ll need to sign up for an account with graze to be able to order a one time box, but it’s really easy, just click here to getstarted.
Can I send a one time box as a gift?
Yes! One time boxes make great gifts and can be shipped to all US addresses, including P.O. Boxes, within the lower 48 states. We find that many grazers enjoy the ability to include an (optional) personalized message in the booklet which accompanies a one time box.
Is there a limit to the number of one time boxes I can send?
There’s no limit to the number of one time boxes that you can send, so feel free to share the gift of graze with everyone that you know!
How much do one time boxes cost?
One time boxes cost $6.00 just like your regular box. There are no additional costs or fees associated with ordering a one time box.
When/how will I be charged for the one time box?
We’ll charge your payment card that’s on file for the one time box when you place the order for the box.
When will the one time box be received?
The one time box should be received about 7-12 days after you’ve placed the order. You can check the status of your boxes on your deliveries page.
Can I return my box for a refund?
Since each box is prepared especially for you, we’re not able to refund for boxes that are refused or marked as returned to sender. Any boxes that are marked as "return to sender" or "refused" will be disposed of by USPS, and will not be sent back to the graze kitchen. If you no longer wish to receive graze boxes, you can cancel future deliveries here on your deliveries page.
How do I find out the ingredients of your snacks?
Just click on each photo in our range and you can see the full ingredients for that product.
Do you cater for people with allergies?
Graze is not suitable for people with allergies. Our snacks are packed in a facility that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, milk, soybeans (soya) and egg, as well as sesame and sulfites. In addition to this, cross-contamination between any of our ingredients is likely to occur.
Are your products nut free?
Unfortunately not, we can't guarantee that our products are free from traces of nuts and sesame since they are packed in a facility that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame. If you suffer from a nut allergy you will not be able to graze.
How do I trash a particular ingredient?
To trash all the mixes including a specific ingredient, enter the name of that ingredient in the search box here and then select trash underneath each snack.
If you have a food allergy or intolerance, then graze is not suitable for you as our snacks are packed in a facility that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, milk, soybeans (soya) and egg, as well as sesame and sulfites, and cross-contamination is likely to occur.
Do you cater for people with dietary requirements?
As all of our our snacks are packed in a facility that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, milk, soybeans (soya) and egg, as well as sesame and sulfites, we cannot guarantee our snacks will be suitable for people with specific dietary requirements as cross-contamination is likely to occur.
You can use our dietary preferences page to 'trash' any products containing ingredients you don’t wish to receive, but please keep the risk of cross-contamination in mind when doing so.
How do I make sure I only get foods suitable for celiacs?
Please do bear in mind that all of our our snacks are packed in a facility that also processes wheat and cross-contamination between all of the ingredients that we use is likely to occur.
What if I have a lactose or dairy intolerance?
You can trash all of our snacks containing dairy products on our dietary preferences page, under ‘contains milk.’

Are your nibbles suitable for vegetarians?
Our current range is suitable for vegetarians. A few of our natural treats do contain shellac which is approved by The North American Vegetarian Society, but if you'd rather not receive these, you can 'trash' them here.
What about vegans?
If you're vegan, it's really easy to 'trash' everything unsuitable on our dietary preferences page. We do want to make it clear though that all our food is prepared in the same place so there’s always a high chance of cross-contamination.
Do any of your foods contain egg?
Yes, our sponge pieces contain whole egg and our mini meringues and amaretti drops contain egg white (always free range). However, we can't guarantee that your boxes will be suitable as all our recipes are prepared in the same kitchen.
I don't like spicy food - can I make sure I don't receive any in my graze boxes?
Some of the nibbles in our range are a little spicy, but we’ve been careful to make sure that they’re not too hot. Everyone has a different tolerance for spice, however, so if you don’t want to turn up the heat, then you can trash all spicy mixes on our dietary preferences page.
Do my mixes contain any hard or crunchy ingredients?
Some ingredients in our snacks, such as nuts and corn, are dried or roasted before they’re packed in your boxes so it may be the case that they’re a little hard or crunchy and have a natural variance in texture. If you don’t have healthy, strong teeth then we do ask that you proceed with caution when eating our mixes.
Do any of my snacks require a microwave?
To enjoy graze’s popping corn you will need to cook it in a microwave. If you don’t have one then you might want to go on over to our dietary preferences page and select ‘trash all’ next to ‘requires a microwave’.
Do you use any genetically modified ingredients (GMOs) in your snacks?
Though we don’t feature organic produce in our boxes, none of our products contain genetically modified ingredients.
Do you use any artificial sweeteners, flavors, or colors?
We are really proud to say that we avoid using any artificial sweeteners (like aspartame), artificial colors and flavors in our nibbles.
Do any of your snacks contain hydrogenated oils or trans fats?
We source ingredients that do not contain hydrogenated oils or trans fats. We do feature margarine in some of our nibbles, such as our flapjacks and wholemeal shortbread dippers, but these are baked using trans-fat free margarine.
What's a portion?
The graze nutrition team selects our portion sizes to be both satisfying and delicious. We provide individual portions of food you can't easily get elsewhere, so you can have a more varied, balanced diet.
Do you remove the pits from your dried fruits?
We do our very best to remove the pits from our dried fruit, but please be careful just in case the odd piece of pit is missed.
As our ingredients originate from natural sources there’s always a small chance that there could be a piece of pit or shell in any of our snacks.
What’s in the seasonal range?
Our seasonal range includes all of our Belgian chocolate mixes.

When is the seasonal range available?
We want our grazers to receive all their products in the best condition possible, so we will only send these nibbles from fall to spring (when temperatures are lower).
I live in a cooler area - why can’t I receive the seasonal range all year round?
While there ain't no mountain high enough, no valley low enough, no river wide enough to keep us from getting your graze box to you, in order for you to receive it as fast as possible it may travel through other parts of the country where temperatures are warmer than where you are.
