frequently asked questions
what's your question about?
Currently, graze boxes can only be shipped to US addresses, including P.O. Boxes, within the lower 48 states.
For the time being, graze does not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, APOs, FPOs, or US Territory addresses.
We’ve only just launched in the US and are working very hard to expand the areas we can deliver to. Keep an eye on our website for changes in the future!
You’ll need to order a box to come every two weeks when you sign up, but you can change this after you sign up on your deliveries page to get a box every 4 weeks or, in certain areas of the country, every week.
It takes us a bit of time to prepare and pick your graze box since every box is personalized for you—as soon as it’s ready, we mail it out. You can expect your first one to arrive around 10 days after you join graze.
When you join graze, you’ll sign up to receive a box every two weeks. We also offer the option of getting your box every four weeks (monthly) and, in certain areas of the country, every week. Boxes can be delivered every day of the year the USPS delivers mail.
No, graze boxes are sent by USPS so they do not require a signature.
Yes. We've designed our boxes so that they will fit in most standard mailboxes.
We always pack and ship your boxes in plenty of time to get to you every time. Because we send all your boxes via USPS however, occasionally they may be held up. If it’s well over due, you can let us know here.
the holiday season
The extra mail makes it tough for USPS to get your boxes to you on time, so please spare a thought for your mail carrier over the busy holiday period. If your box is held up, please wait a few days since it may well turn up, and if it still isn’t with you, you can let us know here.
You can push back your next box so that it doesn’t arrive while you are away.
We’ll make sure everything we send in your boxes over the holiday period will still be just as tasty even if it’s held up. If for whatever reason this isn’t the case, please let us know.
If you know your way around the kitchen, or you just want to let us know what you’d like to see in your holiday boxes, we’d love to hear your ideas.
payment & cancellation questions
You pay per box and we take payment up to a week in advance of you receiving your box as we need time to prepare it and send it to you.
Simply click here and scroll down to cancel, and we won’t send you any more boxes unless you decide to restart your deliveries.
Make sure to cancel before your cut-off time to let us know not to send your next box.
You can cancel or make changes to your box at any time online. However, because we start preparing your boxes in advance you need to give us a bit of notice. Your cut-off time for making any changes will be the same each time, please click here to find out your cut-off time.

invitation code questions
We pride ourselves on working with small suppliers who, we feel, give us unrivalled ingredients. We will never compromise on the quality of our products so we are working very hard to help our suppliers grow with us so that we can send our delicious snacks to all . . . but in the meantime, the best way to get into graze is to add yourself to the waiting list.
The best way of getting hold of an invitation code is from an existing grazer. They have a limited number of codes which they can share so that their friends can enjoy graze too. Some kind grazers also share their codes on twitter, facebook and pinterest so it might be worth checking these out.
You can also add your name to our waiting list and we’ll email you as soon as we can.
Our seasonal range includes all of our Belgian chocolate mixes.
You can view and rate our chocolate nibbles here.
We want our grazers to receive all their products in the best condition possible, so we will only send these nibbles from fall to spring (when temperatures are lower).
While there ain't no mountain high enough, no valley low enough, no river wide enough to keep us from getting your graze box to you, in order for you to receive it as fast as possible it may travel through other parts of the country where temperatures are warmer than where you are.
