When can I get my first box?
We can deliver your first box on Tuesday (if you order within the next
3 hours and 11 minutes) -

Will you deliver to me?
Yes. We deliver with the Royal Mail nationwide in the UK. Any address that can receive post can receive a graze box.
What food can I get?
We offer delicious, healthy, natural food; delicious nuts, seeds & dried fruits, tasty crackers & olives, freshly baked bread, as well as some well deserved flapjacks and natural treats.
How do I choose the contents of my box?
The food in your box is selected based on your own tastes.
For each of our foods, you tell us whether you like, love, or would like to try them. We put together your box based on these ratings ensuring you always receive the food you like.
How do I order a box?
Ordering is simple. You choose a box type, then pick the days you’d like to receive them. Then all you have to do is sit back and wait to enjoy the food when it arrives, simple as that.
Can I cancel at anytime?
There's no commitment ever - you can cancel your weekly deliveries at any time. If you’re going on holiday, it’s really easy to push back your boxes or add a 'weekly delivery holiday' on 'your deliveries' page so you'll receive boxes when you're back.
How do I pay?
You just pay per box, usually the day before we send it (so Tuesday for a box due on Thursday).
Can I send boxes to different people and addresses?
Yes, you can add as many addresses to your account as you like, so you can send boxes to whomever you like or wherever you are.
Do I need to sign for my box?
No, all graze boxes fit through normal sized letterboxes.
