how graze works
We deliver nationwide in the UK with Royal Mail post. Any address that can receive post can receive graze boxes.
No, graze boxes are letterbox sized, and are delivered with Royal Mail just like your normal post.
Just go to your deliveries page. On the right, select 'box options' then 'make a change' and choose 'cancel weekly box' for each of your weekly deliveries.
We prepare boxes up to five days before they are due to arrive so if your boxes are being prepared when you cancel they will still be sent. You can see our cancellation cut off times here.
Yes, you can set up as many delivery addresses as you like. Simply add more addresses, and when you next schedule your next boxes you'll be able to select where you would like them delivered.
Yes, you can now buy gift vouchers for your friends, family and loved ones for anything from 3 to 50 boxes. Or you can add their details to your own account, and when you next order a box you’ll be able to select who you want us to send it to. You can even add a gift message!
Visit your deliveries. You can use the 'push back' button to postpone your weekly deliveries on a week-by-week basis.
If you're going away, you can always book a holiday on your account and we'll make sure your boxes are stopped while you're away.
Yes, you can order as many as you want each day. You can see how many boxes you’ve ordered and where you have chosen to send them in your deliveries. Why not order a few boxes to share at your work meetings.
Yes! We've redesigned our packaging so that your graze box will always be the same size (23cm × 17cm × 2.5cm) so it should fit through most standard letterboxes. The boxes are just a bit bigger than A5 size.
Why not tell them to sign up themselves using your 'feed your friends' code - they'll get their first box free, and you'll save £1 off a box for every friend that joins or you can donate to the graze school of farming. Find out more on your 'feed your friends' page.
managing my orders
We personalise each box to your ratings so need to start preparing them in good time. This means we have cut-off points after which no further changes can be made. Changes that are affected by cut-off times include:
- Address changes
- Ordering more boxes
- Changes to your ratings
- Cancellations
Our cut-off times vary. As a rule, boxes due at the start of the week are prepared up to five days before they’re due, and those due later in the week (Thursday – Saturday) up to three days before.

We always pack and ship your boxes in plenty of time to get to you. As we send all your boxes via Royal Mail post however, occasionally they may be held up so we can't guarantee your box will get to you on the exact day. If your box hasn't arrived in the next day's post, you can let us know here

Order and cut off changes
We have to make some changes in the run up to Bank Holidays, so that your boxes are still sent out to you on time. This means that we'll start preparing boxes and taking payment up to 7 days earlier than usual.
When this happens our cut off times for making any changes (like the address your box is sent to) or cancelling your boxes have to be altered too.
The most important thing to remember is that if you do want to make any kind of change over a Bank Holiday, make sure you do so as soon as you can to be sure you’re in time.
Delivery changes
Since there is no Royal Mail delivery on Bank Holidays we can't deliver to you that day so we will usually deliver your box on the following working day (e.g. on Tuesday instead of a bank holiday Monday).
We don’t want you to miss out on your next order so we use a payment card updater service from Visa and MasterCard. They send updated card details to us when necessary so that your order can carry on without you missing a box.
If you can’t find the question here, you can always ask us on getintouch@graze.com and we’ll do our best to get back to you by the end of the day!
how we pick your boxes
We offer two types of boxes...
Our nutrition plans - these contain just our healthiest foods rich in micronutrients, designed by our nutrition team.
Our nibble box - go for these if you want maximum variety, since we'll send you anything from flapjacks, cakes and chocolate coated nibbles, to nuts, seeds, dried fruits and crackers.
All graze boxes contain four portions of food.
The guys in the kitchen pick your foods based on your ratings. When you first sign up, everything in our range will be marked as 'try', so it's really important that you go through our range and let us know what you 'like' or 'love', and 'bin' anything you don't want to receive.
about our food
We prepare and pack everything in the graze kitchen, located in a green bit on the outskirts of London.
Just click on each photo in our range and you can see the full ingredients for that product. It's really easy to search for any ingredient, e.g. www.graze.com/s/banana
We pack small amounts of our 'dry mixes' and our cake is baked fresh; this means we're really accurate with our buying, keeping food waste to a minimum. Anything left over we give to homeless charities based in London. And because all our food comes in individual portions it means no food waste for you (and no extra waist).
Whilst you can use our ratings page to 'bin' any products containing ingredients you cannot eat, all our food is prepared in the same kitchen so we cannot guarantee that our products will be suitable.
Unfortunately not, we can't guarantee that our products are free from traces of nuts and sesame ingredients since everything is prepared in the graze kitchen. So if you suffer from a nut allergy, you will not be able to graze.
You can track down and 'bin' products containing wheat and gluten using this link. However we can't guarantee that your boxes will be suitable as all our recipes are prepared in the same kitchen.
If you're vegan, it's really easy to 'bin' everything unsuitable here. All of our dark chocolate, apart from our dark chocolate coated apricots are suitable for vegans.
We do want to make it clear though that all our food is prepared in the same kitchen.
Binning our lactose containing mixes and dairy products has never been easier, simply click here and ‘bin’ accordingly. All of our mixes are prepared in the same workspace so we can’t guarantee all of our mixes will be suitable to your dietary needs.
Yes, our sponge pieces and all of our guilt-free cakes contain whole egg and our mini meringues and amaretti drops contain egg white (always free range). All other products are egg free although we do prepare all our food in the same kitchen.
Unfortunately we are not offering fresh fruit at the moment as we weren't able to source the quality of fruit that we could always be proud of. If this changes and we bring fresh fruit back, we will be sure to tell you all about it.
Graze is recognised by the NHS as supporting the 5-a-day scheme, with up to four portions available in each box. Just 1 heaped tablespoon of raisins, 3 dried plums or a handful of banana coins count as a portion of your 5-a-day.
Our apricots are completely natural. We don’t use any artificial preservatives like sulphur dioxide which is added to the bright orange ones you often see in the shops. That’s why our apricots are brown, and we think they taste better too.
